Cancelation policy

Tours will only be charged after the guide accepts the itinerary. But if after that you decide to cancel the tour, for any reason, a cancelation fee may apply on the original price.*

In the event of the tour being canceled by the guide, 100% refund on the original price will happen (excluding service fee).

The cancelation fee will be calculated based on Tokyo local time.

*Service fee (10%) will not be refunded even if cancelation fees do not apply.
