Pretty far from our hotel but this is definitely a must visit because little ones will sure love it! Just look out for deer that is sick and stay away from them. We saw one sick deer and offered the deer biscuits. Hope it recovers soon! It’s pretty interesting to see the deer bowing down to request deer biscuits from you. A stack of deer biscuits is 200 yen.

A must place to visit, without the deer it would be just another park. Buy some biscuit 200 to feed the deer, it can be very fun with many photo opportunity. Also many cherry blossom tree. Must come.

This is a wonderful, peaceful park to come visit in Nara! The main highlight is the friendly deer, who roam the trails with no fear of people! It is fun to bow with them and feed these sacred animals cookies!

It was a fun and unique experience going to this park, being able to interact with so many deer, feed them, and take pictures with them, pretty cool. it didn't feel like a park tho, deer are everywhere and so are their pop 😅 so you constantly need to look where you Walk and it's smells bad.

I love Nara Park. The time I reached there most of the deer had already full. So they won't eat anymore cause they may have many visitors earlier. If you are like me 3pm you might have to walk up to the hill there to feed the hungry one. Mostly they were very shy towards human unlike those near the entrance they were bow to you back to back. Overall I have wonderful with my friends.
