A small shrine but worth taking a look.. Kawagoe is quite an underrated place.. its a quiet small town with lots of good food and great pictures to take. Would recommend a half day trip there from Tokyo.. about an hour travel, depending on which area you going from..

One of the cutest shrine sites so far in Tokyo area and in Japan, at least in our opinion. Love these tiny places when nicely arranged, with good energy and you can experience different things. This one is exceptional because you can wash you money at one of the spots (yes like literally wash money with water), this should help you getting more of it in the future. Otherwise you have other unique shrines, like at one you can pray for passing your various exams, etc… And don’t forget to walk down the main entrance over small stones on the path, bare feet, for a nice foot massage.

Small and quiet shrine in Kawagoe. On weekends and public holiday's, a grass ring is placed in the middle of the walkway for visitors to perform a simple ritual (by walking through it a certain way) to pray for good health. You can also try your luck with the ring toss and land a ring around one of the five stakes labelled with different blessings.
