This alley has become a major tourist draw in Osaka, it's a narrow stone-paved alley lined with traditional Japanese izakayas, restaurants, and shops. It's especially enchanting in the evenings when the lanterns illuminate the narrow alley, creating a magical ambiance.
This is a pair of narrow cobbled pedestrian lanes in the back of Dotonbori (towards Namba direction), filled with small interesting restaurants. Less commercial than the bustling Dotonbori main streets, but more fun.
Really neat set of alleyways that's full of good food. A tad less busy than Dotonbori as well. Would definitely recommend strolling around here for lunch or dinner!
Located not far from Ebisu Bashi and Dotonburi, in one of the side streets of Shinsaibashi Street, this small temple is very charming, especially in the evening when the little lanterns are lit.
