Stopped here for lunch. The Katsuo no tataki is absolutely delicious! The market sells a wide variety of dishes, ranging from seafood to meat.

A market with a lot of food shops, but quite short of seats. Their specialty is tuna grill with heystraw. It is rich with aroma, you should try it.

Fun crowd, lots of variety in food and goods. Felt like the beating heart of the city. It was crowded when I went for lunch on Saturday, but I liked that. The cat welcoming you in is a super cute mascot you'll see around the market, too. I loved it.

Lots of people, lots of food/ drink stalls but not enough places to sit. Have to hawk eyes to see which table the occupants would be leaving soon, walk near there, and wait there, like booking in advance while standing. The food almost 95% of customers bought was the katsuo no tataki.

My wife and I first visited at night in March 26, 2023 and then came here for lunch the next day. As recommended by our elder daughter, we tried the very delicious fried dumplings. My wife chose Kabayaki eel rice, which was excellent. Prices were reasonable and stall services were pretty good!
