Visited this park in November 2023. We walked from the train station, to Hana Biori park. We climbed the stairs called Yomiuri Giants stadium promenade (kyojin eno michi) it was fun and challenging climbing the stairs to get to the park instead of riding the bus. We arrived before the opening of the park and had to rest for an hour maybe. The park was amazing with different areas, waterfall, flowers, trees, decorations, gift shop, and café. We bought gifts and hand creams from there, it's so nice. There are different small animals to see too, such as rabbit etc. The Hana Biori is a very large area, actually we couldn't finish exploring it, but it was worth visiting. A very beautiful place to relax and hear the sound of nature. Wheelchair is accessible there.

You need to pay to enter the garden and the Starbucks situated inside. I think it is much better to come here at night since the illuminations would be more beautiful. Bigger than I expected. There is also a free shuttle that will take you from Keio Yomiuriland station to Hana Biyori or you can choose to walk up the hill to the garden. Cheaper to buy tickets online and you can also see the schedule for the illumination show but the time may still vary. You can see the actual schedule for the day inside the greenhouse where Starbucks is.

Stylish botanical garden with Starbucks. It’s so comfortable to stay drinking coffee among greeneries. You can try to make some dry flower and moss balls, Japanese-style small ornamental plants. It is said that their illustrations are amazing.

Stealing the spotlight, the garden-themed Starbucks offers a captivating experience – a spacious hall adorned with hanging plants, a souvenir shop, and impressive aquariums showcasing angel fish, clown fish, and other fascinating varieties. The seamless blend with nature crafts a one-of-a-kind ambiance. Exiting, we discovered the shuttle to the station. Unaware of the free shuttle from Yomiuriland station initially, we began our journey on the cable car, stumbling upon Yomiuriland Amusement Park. Embracing the impromptu adventure, we secured admission, explored the amusement park, and strolled to Hana Biyori on foot. For those arriving by car, enjoy 2 hours of free parking with validated tickets. Remember, once you're in, there's no going back out, so plan wisely.

A beautiful flower park with both modern and traditional areas to explore. Take the free shuttle bus to HANA BIYORI after alighting from train station. We visited mainly for the sailor moon exhibition and recommend staying for about 1-2 hours here. There is also a Starbucks in the park but they serve mostly drinks and snacks. Saw a food truck in the outdoor area but not sure if it’s a permanent store there.
