This place tends to be overlooked by tourists in the area, but the gardens are beautiful to walk through. Always a great time when I come to visit.

Lovely afternoon spent here! I would recommend it if you are nearby, it was so beautiful. We didn't even come in the best season either, so I can only imagine how spectacular spring or autumn could be!

Beautiful gardens to stroll around and have a look. Unfortunately there's no explanations in English, but you don't need to know Japanese to enjoy yourself here. There's a cute shop to visit too, and a cafe!

Not many brightly colored flowers but so many other species of leaf like plants! Definitely recommend if interested in flowers! 700 yen entrance and scenic walking route. Recommend umbrella if visiting on a sunny day!

This place is a must if you are in Hakone. Staff are kind and the place is quiet. It seems small on the outside but once you get in there are plenty of sprawling paths to take. Much wildlife to see and listen to. Amazingly beautiful setting and it's so well cared for. Th gift shop is small but affordable and oh so cute! Amazingly value and I would assume, much better than other options around. There is a cafe here but it sadly closed before we could go.
