Free rooftop observatory at 43th floor. But sadly, when i was up there. It was full of mists and the clouds. I couldn't see anything. Besides, the 43th floor was filled with the smell of smoking cigarettes. However, it is free and the staff are good. Nothing to do much at 1-3th floor.

Fantastic way to see the city and the surrounding area. Its connected to JR gifu making getting to and from the station simple. Its well within walking distance of the Orchid Mall. Lots of stuff inside as well as a study area for students at the bottom. One time I needed to use the bathroom and a kind security guard let me into the closed area before things officially opened as the bathroom was located in the closed area.
