Filled with 17 ramen stores waiting to be explored! Anthony Bourdain himself visited one of them when he was in town. Of course there is also Teshikaga ramen that always had long lines, even before opening times.

If you want to try a real Miso Sapporo Ramen 🍜 I highly recommend come to this small narrow alley you will find a lot of Beautiful Ramen shops, sometimes you need to take queue because the shops are very small you need to wait for it, in my opinion you need to order Sapporo beer as well that's how local people as i saw it during my visits Be sure to prepare cash, some of the shops they only accept cash.

This is a hidden gem just beside a famous store. Food is awesome and it’s a must to try when in sapporo. Two men show running the store. Do visit when in Sapporo. A die for butter ramen

I went to a restaurant in the alley named Gantetsu. There are many options but it was the first we chose and that had the available seating needed for our party. The staff is very friendly, a single man working as both cook and wait staff. Ramen was flavored well, portion size perfect. He also has a spicy option which, is good. If you like spicy it may not meet your requirements but it has some kick to it. I ate the butter corn ramen, it was great. Not overly rich or salty. Would go again.

My mom love light soup ramen and I love thin noodles so we came to the shop thanks to the ramen guidance board in the yokocho. The soup here seems to be based from salmon, so it feels light but deliciously savory. I love the miso corn butter ramen and the shop's number 1 ramen. Even though the soup base is pretty similar, adding corn and butter give nice alteration to the soup. And my Mom also love salmon broth shoyu ramen. It's also nice to talk with the ramen chef. 😺
