If you want to see Fukuoka City's sights, I highly recommend this. After purchasing the ticket, there will be a 5 to 7-minute wait on the 1st floor, especially on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays when there's a large crowd. I suggest going around 6 to 7 p.m. for a breathtaking view of Fukuoka City. The ticket costs 800 yen for individuals above junior high school age. Unfortunately, there are no discounts available for showing your passport at the moment. Additionally, there are spots in the tower where you can capture stunning photos. It's definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Good place for view, I went when the observation deck opened and nothing else was open, I recommended going after 11am, then you can get photo and also cafe is open too. I think it is good for sunset so you can see fukuoka during day and then also at night and take photo at night with the glow in the dark pebble on the ground

Fukuoka tower is the 3rd tallest sightseeing building in Japan. it's placed just next to the ocean and gives you a splendid view down to the city of Fukuoka. regular tickets are 800 Yen (adult). I was there on a weekday a few days before X-mas, zero waiting time.

-Easy access via direct bus from Hakata station -Visited on a Saturday and it was not that crowded. -No toilets in the observatory so please use the one at the ground floor before entering. -Lift available to bring you to the top floor. However access to the restaurant is only by stairs. -Nice view in the observatory and some nice interactive activities -You can get a free mini photo

Amazing views from here! Too bad it was a bit cloudy, but can imagine the beautiful views you could have here. Very good educational things inside as well which I appreciated. If you're a photographer, make sure you bring a zoom, some amazing shots to be had here. Friendly staff and this is a must visit.
