Title: A Cultural Oasis near Osaka Castle - Fujita Kuntsmuseum My recent visit to Fujita Kuntsmuseum near Osaka Castle was an absolute delight. Located conveniently next to a subway train entrance, it offers easy access for visitors from various parts of the city. The museum itself is housed in a spacious area, providing a serene and immersive experience. The main hall showcases real-time matcha making, allowing visitors to witness the traditional process and even taste the exquisite matcha and sencha paired with delicious mochi. The documentary film on traditional Japanese tea culture adds an educational touch, deepening the appreciation for this art form. One of the highlights for me was the outdoor park surrounding the museum. The vast green space adorned with golden and red leaves created a breathtaking sight. The park is not only kid-friendly, with plenty of space for little ones to run and play, but it is also suitable for seniors who can enjoy leisurely walks amidst nature's beauty. I highly recommend trying the sencha and red bean paste mochi during your visit. The flavors are delightful and perfectly complement the serene atmosphere of the museum and park. For a truly magical experience, I suggest planning your visit around 3-4 pm to catch the mesmerizing sunset. The golden hues cast a warm glow over the surroundings, creating a picturesque and unforgettable moment. In conclusion, Fujita Kuntsmuseum is a cultural oasis near Osaka Castle that offers a unique and immersive experience. From the fascinating matcha making process to the tranquil outdoor park, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Don't miss the opportunity to indulge in the sencha and red bean paste mochi while taking in the breathtaking sunset. A visit to Fujita Kuntsmuseum promises a memorable and enriching experience for visitors of all ages.

We came at early afternoon on Sunday and the atmostphere was amazing. Tranquil and calmness at its best. Such a hidden gem in Osaka. This is the combination that you can both enjoy the transition colors of mimoji inside and outside. Taking a walk to the river was also very relaxing. They have open tea bar so you can actually see how the matcha/tea set in the making. Around 3:30 pm the place getting more people line up, but the vibe remains as it is. I really enjoy the experience 🍁🍂

Very nice museum, with a zen garden and the possibility to drink Japanese green tea from a 2000€ designer cup in the traditional pottery style. Very quiet, perfect for the last day in Japan to recover from the trip. The exhibition is not very impressive, but the atmosphere is.

The museum houses around 2,000 pieces of Oriental antique art. Its concept revolves around providing visitors with opportunities to experience diverse cultures and art forms, while also striving to assist them in "seeing, listening, and discussing."
