Awesome park and divided into different themes. Can easily spend half a day here relaxing, enjoying the scenery and flowers. Very little tourists and plenty of locals walking their dogs.

Amazing park. Went during autumn but I can imagine spring would be really nice. Weekends were quite packed but the park is very spacious. Has various little spots that differ in their vibes with some containing water works that cool the temperatures down.

large garden, very suitable for playing in the summer. The food here is cheap and delicious, and the view of the flowers is also good. The spot that I like the most is the windmill, it feels like I'm in Holland. The atmosphere looks exactly the same.

It's a really pretty park with lots of flowers everywhere. When I went, I only saw a couple of people too. It was relatively empty. My only complaint is the bathroom that is pretty gross. Other than that, it was fun.

It's one of my favourite spots in Osaka. If you're around in spring, then I think this is a must visit. I'm not sure what it's like during other seasons, but I imagine it's always a nice place to go. I went in late march, which seemed to be perfectly on time with the cherry blossoms and tulips. There are heaps of seating and places to enjoy a picnic. I also saw many people walking their dogs and a small flower/plant market at the entrance. There are also multiple rest rooms throughout the park.
