Worth checking out if you are in Chiba but the transport links to/from are not great. If you are driving, there is parking nearby and outside. Walking/bus/cab (if there is one around at the time are the only other options... and you get lucky with timings!). View from the top makes it worth visiting. Café at the bottom also serves up delicious ice-cream using local milk. Oishi des!

Very high tower to see the port view and other industries around it. The view at night would be different. The area at the seaside are mostly locals spending times with their family and pets. Like the friedly staff including the shops on the ground floor.

The Tower gives a fantastic view on the port and city of Chiba. On the ground floor, you can get in touch with japanese art pieces and talk to the masters producing them in a friendly atmosphere.

TIPS: Buy your love lock at the souvenir/grocery store on the first floor. That way you don't have to go up and down the elevator! Have cash or a suica card since the ticket machine did not accept credit card. This would be an amazing place to capture a sunset. Come here before it gets overrun by tourists. It was decently empty on a Sunday. I had the place to myself at times. There are 4 floors to this place. First floor is essentially where you buy your ticket and souvenirs. The milk ice cream was good and only 300 yen! 2nd floor has a love lock and love theme stuff. It has two fortune telling machines. 3rd floor is a restaurant. 4th floor is the place to look at the views. The entrance is not the reflective part of the building. No need to climb the stairs. The entrance is the "hill" that the building is on the top off and to the side of the stairs.

This was a nice tower view that’s high enough even on a cloudy day you can see Sky Tree in Tokyo. The price to get in is cheap around 400 yen. There are binoculars & a few photo spots in the tower. On the third floor there’s a restaurant. I think it’s pretty kid/baby friendly & not so crowded even on the weekends.
