It is translated as “Strong Arm atom status” This is the best iron status in the world as per the inscription. It is built as an anniversary, especially for the kids that serves as the symbol for Hanno

I don't know why it's here (Hanno), but it seems to be the world's only bronze statue of Astro Boy, officially recognized by Osamu Tezuka.
